      WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
       
    • WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE
    • All parts sold with core exchange charge must have exchange returned within 90 days or forfeit the core charge.
    • All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, or excessive oil consumption. Engines are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated on invoice.
    • All engines must have new oil, oil filter, timing belt (if applicable) installed at time of installation. Oil must be changed every 3000 miles thereafter. Proof of service and mileage will be required.
    • Engines are sold as complete as possible for the convenience  installer. This warranty does not cover attached items and accessories such as (but not limited to) water pump, fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, etc.
    • Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order. Warranty covers items such as slippage, shift failures, or bearing noises. Shearing off or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is NOT covered under any circumstance.
    • Transmissions must have new seals and new fluid of the appropriate type installed at the time of installation into a vehicle.
    • All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of A1 PARTSMART within a period of 180 days of purchase for warranty validation. 
    • A1 PARTSMART may, at its option, decide to replace or repair a part, or refund the original purchase price of a part on a case by case basis. 
    • There are NO REFUNDS on any special order items or deposits for special orders. 
    • Body sections that have been processed are not returnable for refund.
    • All implied warranties are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
    • This is a PARTS ONLYwarranty. ABSOLUTELY NO LABOR PAID ON REPLACED ITEMS.
    • This warranty is non-transferable and is considered void if parts are used for racing purposes, installed on vehicle with racing equipment, or sustain damage due to accident or misuse.
    • IMPROPER INSTALLATION WILL VOID WARRANTY
    • There will be a 20% handling charge on all non-defective return items.
    • A1 PARTSMART does not assume responsibility for any towing charges, layup time, telephone fees, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use or transportation, car or truck rental, or inconvenience.
    • All tires, wheels, body parts are void of any length of time warranty. They are warranted at time of purchase to be the "as described" only.
    • All AC Systems must be flushed (with proof of dryer & accumulator purchased) for warranty to remain valid on AC compressors.
    • All parts warranties are limited to original purchaser and installation only.
    • ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
