- We will process every order within 24 hours of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 4:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day.
- All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee same day shipment of the order if it is placed before 4:00 CST.
- All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.
- We will email you tracking information the night after you place your order as long as it is placed before the cut off time listed above, if not you will be emailed the tracking number the following evening.
- Please allow 5-10 shipping days for delivery. Most areas in the US will deliver within 5 shipping days.
- If you have an APO, FPO or PO Box address please contact us for shipping arrangements.
FREIGHT DELIVERY:
- Freight items include but are not limited to engines, transmissions, rear axle assemblies, fuel tanks, fenders, doors, bumpers, etc.
- Freight deliveries are shipped to commercial addresses only. If you do not have a commercial address to ship to please contact us before purchasing to receive a freight quote for residential delivery. We can also arrange for the item to be delivered to the nearest Freight HUB but this needs to be communicated to us before purchase is made.
- We need a valid telephone number on all freight orders as the freight carrier will need this before delivery.
- Customer must inspect the freight item upon delivery. Do not sign the paperwork from the delivery driver if you see any damage to the item due to shipping. By signing the paperwork you are stating that you are liable for any shipping damage. A1 PartSmart will not accept any returns due to damaged freight if the paperwork is signed by the customer.
- Freight Shipping is available in the 48 contiguous US States only, and we do not guarantee any items shipped outside the contiguous US States using a freight forwarder.
LOCAL PICK UP:
- Local pick up is available on all items; please contact us and let us know when you intend to pick up the item so that we will have it ready. Important Return Policy Information:
All A1 Partsmart online and auction sales are sold with a 30-day return policy on parts that aren't needed (30 Days begin once you receive the part) and a 6 month warranty on parts that fail to work. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period A1 Partsmart will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. No refunds without receipt.
Defective or Damaged Parts Must be returned to A1 Partsmart at our discretion before any Replacement or Refund is given. Parts may be returned during the first 6 months for a refund of the purchase price less any original shipping charges. Original shipping charge refunds are at the sole discretion of A1 Partsmart. The Buyer is Responsible for All shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to A1 Partsmart.
Electrical parts are sent in a sealed clear inspection bag. Please inspect the part before opening. If the bag is unopened you may return the part per our normal return parts policy. If the bag is opened, the part may still be returned for a 30% service fee. If the item is defective upon installation we will provide a replacement of the defective part or a Refund of the purchase cost. Warranty void on overheated, burned or overloaded parts.

* All tires, wheels, body parts are void of any length of time warranty. They are warranted at time of purchase to be the "as described" only.
* All AC Systems must be flushed (with proof of dryer & accumulator purchased) for warranty to remain valid on AC compressors.
* All parts warranties are limited to original purchaser.
