We will process every order within 24 hours of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5
M-F CST. Orders placed after 4:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day.
All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you
need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also
add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee same day shipment of the order
if it is placed before 4:00 CST.
All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This
is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to
process the shipment.
We will email you tracking information the night after you place your order as long as it is
placed before the cut off time listed above, if not you will be emailed the tracking number the
following evening.
Please allow 5-10 shipping days for delivery. Most areas in the US will deliver within 5
shipping days.
If you have an APO, FPO or PO Box address please contact us for shipping arrangements.
Freight Delivery:
Freight items include but are not limited to engines, transmissions, rear axle assemblies,
fuel tanks, fenders, doors, bumpers, etc.
Freight deliveries are shipped to commercial addresses only. If you do not have a
commercial address to ship to please contact us before purchasing to receive a freight
quote for residential delivery. We can also arrange for the item to be delivered to the
nearest Freight HUB but this needs to be communicated to us before purchase is made.
We need a valid telephone number on all freight orders as the freight carrier will need
this before delivery.
Customer must inspect the freight item upon delivery. Do not sign the paperwork from
the delivery driver if you see any damage to the item due to shipping. By signing the
paperwork you are stating that you are liable for any shipping damage. A1 PartSmart
will not accept any returns due to damaged freight if the paperwork is signed by the
customer.
Freight Shipping is available in the 48 contiguous US States only, and we do not
guarantee any items shipped outside the contiguous US States using a freight forwarder.
Local Delivery & Pick Up
Local pick up is available on all items; please contact us and let us know when you intend
to pick up the item so that we will have it ready.
Local pick up of items that would normally be sent via a freight truck will need to be
picked up by a pickup truck only. We will not load these items into a SUV, Van, or Car.
We do offer local deliver to business addresses in the Austin, San Antonio, Waco areas.
